Please read these terms carefully before using DairyPro. They govern your use of our platform and outline your rights and responsibilities as a user.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using DairyPro ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including farm owners, veterinarians, and farm workers.
2. Description of Service
DairyPro is a farm management platform that provides tools for dairy farm operations, including cattle management, milk production tracking, health monitoring, and reporting. The Service is provided on a subscription basis with different tiers offering varying levels of functionality.
3. Account Registration
To use DairyPro, you must register an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. Each farm registration represents a single legal entity and may have multiple users with different roles and permissions.
4. Subscription Plans & Billing
DairyPro offers multiple subscription tiers. Your herd size limit and feature access are determined by your active subscription plan. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days written notice.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not misuse the Service by introducing malicious code, attempting unauthorized access, or using the platform to store data unrelated to farm operations. You are responsible for ensuring that all users you add to your farm account comply with these terms.
6. Data Ownership
You retain full ownership of all farm data you input into DairyPro, including cattle records, production data, and health records. By using the Service, you grant DairyPro a limited license to process and store your data solely to provide the Service. We do not sell your data to third parties. You may export or delete your data at any time.
7. Service Availability
We strive to maintain 99.5% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions beyond our reasonable control, including internet outages or force majeure events.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the account at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease and your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion, during which time you may request an export. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these Terms without notice.
9. Limitation of Liability
DairyPro is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a prominent notice in the application. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
